Pizza chef and innkeeper

That's what they called my grandfather: "Don Salvatore". With that nickname of respect that only southerners know how to give to someone who, despite having no titles, is recognized as a person of substance.
“Don Salvatore, is there room?”, “Don Salvatore, sorry for the time!” My grandfather was always ready to offer a plate of spaghetti with fresh tomato or a margherita pizza baked directly by my father, while, chatting about the day and his Naples, he refreshed the customers and welcomed them into his family.
This is what we do today. We pass on his values of welcome and hospitality with the colours, smells and flavors of his and our beloved Naples.
